This Refund Policy applies to all padel tournament bookings made through our platform. By booking a tournament, you agree to the terms below. All time references are based on the tournament's scheduled local start time.

Summary

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 5 calendar days before start.
  • 50% refund if you cancel between 2 days before the tournament.
  • No refund on the day of the tournament or after.

Eligibility Windows

We determine eligibility using the timestamp your cancellation is submitted in the system compared to the scheduled local start time.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to Your Bookings and select the relevant tournament.
  2. Choose Cancel Booking and follow the prompts.

Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds. Any non-refundable third-party processing fees (if applicable) are excluded from refunds.

Organizer Changes and Cancellations

  • If the organizer cancels the tournament, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the tournament is rescheduled, you may choose to transfer your booking to the new date or request a full refund.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

No-shows or late arrivals that prevent participation are not eligible for refunds.

For any disputes regarding refunds, contact stpadel.co@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and/or by email.
